    TV Playback

    Hi there people,

This may well have been a Question that has been posted before, but I couldn't find anything so I would be grateful if somebody can help me out.

I have got my TV set up, and it is running DVD#s and games quite well, the picture is good quality. The colour isn't as good as on the monitor but I wouldn't expect to be in fairness.

I have got all my codecs installed on the computer and they all wrk, divX and Xvid playback is fine, however when I play back any divx/ xvid movies through the TV using the monitor as my primary display, and the picture set to clone, I am not getting and video on my Tv.

Does anybody know how to solve this?
I have an nVidia Geforce Ti4200 chipset with AGP *8* and 128DDR
and i am running the latest nVidia Detonators.

    please help.
    Thankyou

    got the solution

    Hi,

The problem is supposed to be the new nVidia graphic cards which have an integrated anti-piracy "stop" which prevents playing Divx and stuff on the TV.

The solution is TVtool, but it has some problems...
check my post in which I complain
