Only sounds no video played with media9, nimo8, divx5.0.2 installed!help!

Hi all, I am having a problem playing a file. It has the sound but does not have the video. I loaded the file into Gspot v2.1 to check the codec and it reported all the needed codecs were installed. Besides, I have installed Nimo50Build8 and DIVX5.0.2 Pro Bundle. I am runding window xp with media player9 updated. So any suggestion? Thanks.
