no video but sound played with Wmedia9 with nimo8,divx5.0.2 installed.help!

I cannot get the video but only sound when I played the file with window media9. I have nimo build8 and divx5.0.2 pack installed. So, I loaded the file into Gspot to check whether certain codec missing but it said all codecs have installed. Any suggestion?thanks

1) Load the .AVI file into VirtualDub or NanDub

2) From the "File" dropdown menu, select "File Information"

3) Post (here) EVERYTHING you see (both video and audio information), or post a screen capture .jpg of the information box
