so what's up??? Nobody has any ideas?

I've done this all correctly it should just work... shouldn't it?

I've allready decided that all this is a pain in the ass, I'm buying the new adobe authoring software when it comes out (along with a dvd burner)

....Just finally bought my own camera last night... (the one I usually borrowed anyway) used but it's a decent camera DCR PC100 with lots of extra goodies for $500

So any ideas on the burning thing? Or is it just my players? Why won't my computer even recognize the thing?

Is there a downloadable "vcd" player out there?

    Thanks again

        I feel like a genius....

Well that does it... My version of WMP was 8.0 and wouldn't play the VCD's... now it does and pretty darn well I might add. The quality is obviously not as good as a DVD...

Thank you very much to all that helped me out on this. I really don't think I would have figured all this out on my own.

Take care and I'm sure you'll see me poking around on this site every now and then..
