New fresh subplayer and archive

It has lots of subs ~1500, and you can download a subplayer that plays all these formats: SubstationAlpha, MicroDvD, DVDSubtitle, SAMI, SUBRip, SubViewer, SubViewer2.0 and TMPlayer.
The player also has a advanced frame/time recalculator for those subs that are made for another release.
Becose it is so early after the creation of both program and page, no documentation is packed with the player.
