    What's the best codec pack? So all movie types will work?

      Tsunami's codec pack is good, if you know which codecs to select, but my best bet would be the Nimo Codec Pack.

          i consider tsunamis filterpack 399 the best one available.

          i would not install nimo on any of my machines!
