    DVD audio to mp3?

    hello all,

    i want to know if there is a way that i can rip the Audio track from a Music DVD into a mp3 or wav format?

    if yes, do we know of any good programs
    ta heaps

    I think that "soundforge" can do it,if not, then simply play the music,and record it analog in Forge ...

        i too consider vob2audio a very good solution.

        for a howto read this part of my guide if you like:


        you will have to have your data extracted and a list file generated (smartripper does this automatically) before using vob2audio.

        +++++

        for direct vob => mp3 conversion you will have to select mp3 + settings in the audio settings at the top

          If the disc you are trying to work with is a DVD-A (Audio DVD), the method above is unlikely to work. Otherwise, for music video DVDs, it will work well.
