avi file stops at certain point.....

Hi folks,

got a long time problem, some avi files stop at a certain point and the player gives an error message.

i run with win xp and nimo codec....but i guess that doesn't have to do with it...

if somebody knows how to 'clean' one of these avi files then please help,

open file in virtualdubmod

scan VIDEO for errors

save to new file (audio + video: direct stream copy)

Download and install the video editing/capture program, VirtualDubMod...

no succsess...

did everything but ended up with a smaller byte size of the avi file but error remains still (movie stops)....
