i was able to play dvd in my win.media player and in power dvd before but now i can't. i recive error messages when trying to play them. the error message in win. mediaplayer is:
[WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER CON;T PLAY THIS DVD BECAUSE A PROBLEM OCCURED WITH COPYRIGHT PROTECTION].
    ERROR CODE 0XC00D1167.
and in the power dvd the error message is:
[THE TV OUT PORT OF YOUR DISPLAY CARD IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY] next [THIS COPY PROTECTED DISC CAN'T BE PLAYED WHEN THE TV-OUT FUNCTION IS ENABLED]

Are you directing TV-out to a VCR?
Do you get this errors with nothing plugged to the TV-out port?

Looks like your video card drivers are wrongly detencting some TV-output.
Either update your drivers with the latest version (that's also suggested here: http://www.blisware.com/support_powe...rrorcodes.htm, go to bottom of the page)
Or rip the DVD to HD (using 'De-macrovision') and try to play it from there.
