okay folks, once again:
could someone tell me the cons and pros of wmv8/9, MS-MPEG4V2 or other accaptable codecs for my purpose:
I'm talking about downloading video - NOT the best DVD- or CD-codecs!
What is the best codec to choose, if I would like to reach as many Win-Users as possible without forcing them or their system to download/install something?
or:
Which Windows-codec on all todays windows-systems connected to the internet is most likely installed?
(don't say 'cinepak'
and no third-party like 'real' or 'qt')
Where can I find information about that?
(Not information about the codec itself but about its worldwide spread on win-platforms)
