divx to mpg - NO SOUND?

First of all - HI TO ALL!


i want to make VCDs out of some divx files.....
ok so far TMPEG has done a good deal..
but now i got one wich has NO SOUND AT ALL when encoded to mpg from divx (which works perfect when played back as divx)

i tried with PANASONIC LSX (doesnt work at all)

VIRTUAL DUB cannot extract the whole Sound,only the first 30 mins.

and TMPEG encodes the File,but no Audio is heard.....

any Hints???????

Did you, by any chance, have TMPGEnc set to "Video" only?

nope.
video AND audio source both state the same file.
it SHOULD include the sound ...

Is the sound sampled with 48.000Hz or 44.100Hz
and
is the sound ac3 ?

i downloaded the app from TMPGEnc / VFA Plugin and played a
little with the options - now it works?!!! thanks anyway for the help!!!
