Does anyone know about these software dvd burners?

Hows it going? I got this e-mail about this "revolutionary" software called DVD-Copy 3.0! It says I only need my cd burner and dvd-rom to burn cd's...so i just wanna know are they full of it or are these things genuine?

It's a con I'm afraid. You can rip a DVD using your DVD-ROM, and then encode it to DivX or VCD. You can then burn it back to CD(s). VCD's will play on standalone DVD players, DivX will only play on your PC. Goto Nicky for all the answers.
