Question about video Format

can somebody Tell me what the video format OKO is and how they can be produced.

need some information

Please explain - if you don't know what this "OKO" format is, why do you want to produce something with it?

(By the way, I've heard references to a Chinese-only "MR.OKO" format)

because my DVD Player read this format . and i want to know if the quality is better the a VCD so i can rip videos in this format
