DVD PAL to NTSC and NTSC to PAL Conversion

Hello all,

I was wondering if anyone is aware of a good program that would be used to convert NTSC DVD output to PAL and vice versa, making all the necesary modifications to the IFO files?

I have searched the net, and have not really come up with a good solution as of yet.

Any information would be greatly appreciated!

The easier solution is to purchase one of the many inexpensive standalone players that properly (and automatically) handle and output both formats...

Yep, I have a nice one I got that does it great. But I just want to be able to send some home video via DVD to Europe, and thought there might be an easy way to do so for those who do not have this sort of equipment
