I need an mpeg splitter

I am in search of an mpeg splitter. I want the program to be very small and be easy to use. I have tried a lot of the programs and they all suck. I do not want the output to be 300 megs either. I am trying to split up a 4 meg file into two parts. Please give me URL's and instructions on how to do this.

Why don't you provide a list of all of those programs that "suck", so that the posters here don't suggest any of them to you...
