I have a problem to play Video encoed with these codec:
- DivX WMA Audio V2 (for the sound)
- DivX MPG4 V3 (for the video)

Someone can help me ,please , to find this codec ?
Can you tell me where I can download these codec ?

Try ffdshow for the video, a divx3.11alpha should handle the sound and get GSPOT if problems aren't solved.
