    Thanks Setarip.
That means my full version WinDVD 2000 Ver 2.6 is not good enough?
Having WinDVD installed causes audio to pop screech and cut in and out when using Mplayer2 and the same for Zoom Player.
This DVD software may not work well for this computer causing lost frames and video stuttering.
Power DVD is better and smooth and works well but the audio filter will not work with Mplayer2 or Zoom player.
Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
    Running AMD366mmx 256meg ram.

If you've got the FULL version of WinDVD (2.6 or otherwise) properly installed, then you shouldn't be having the 5 minute cutout problem that you originally described. I can only guess that AFTER installing WinDVD, you for some reason installed either a demo version or the demo version's filters.
