XVID and Audio codec

Hi! I have a little problem, that i hope someone can help me with. I have a movie in XVID-format, and i have downloaded an XVID-codec to play it, but there is no sound. On the homepage of the XVID-codec I've downloaded, they say that the XVID-codec is for video only, and you need to download a codec for audio also, but does anyone know where to find such an audio-codec, so that the sound also can be played?

You undoubtedly need either an .MP3 audio codec and/or an .AC3 audio codec...
