audio codec

i have downloaded many divx movies in .avi format and when i try to play them through my divx player i get an alert message saying that the player cannot understand the audio codec which the file uses...it says the audio type is 'audio codec: tag 85' and that i may need to download further codec to play the audio...i can watch the movie without the audio however...i have searched for a long time to find an appropriate website to download the tag, but i can't seem to find one...can anyone help me?

That's the decimal version of "0x0055" - both of which indicate the need for an .MP3 audio codec.

Download and install the Radium .MP3 codec...
