How to Resize the Divx Movie after the encoding?

Is there anyway to resize the divx movie after the encoding process from wide screen to full screen?

Under VirtualDub, you can crop off the upper and lower black bars and then resize the image...

Resizing is only possible if you reencode the whole video. It is more easy to use a player that lets you choose the aspect ratio. Try using "The Playa".
