Motorised dish wind proof?

[Easier Way?]

My Italian made "irte omnisat" sat dish positioner has broken in the first winter storm for the third and last time. It is made of plastic as thick as a yoghurt container and is about as sturdy. Any ideas on what sort of positioner is best for durability, I am thinking of a diseqC 1.2 standard receiver/mount combination. My dish is 1.1 metre and I don't get much above force 9 winds.
