    OGM sound problems

    Hi

I am having problems with .ogm playback. The sound is all slow and clipped and noisy.

It was working fine before (I was watching dual audio Cowboy Bebop with no problem). I noticed that my AC3 through SPDIF wasn't working so I uninstalled some Matrix codec for decoding AC3 and got my Dolby Digital back but now .ogm has this problem.

Has anyone else run into this?

    Athlon 1300
    896MB RAM
output through optical spdif to digital audio receiver
    players used:
    BSplayer
    Zoom Player 3.0/3.10
    Media Player Classic

    Any help will be appreciated.
    Thanx
    Les

Somehow I got it to work by playing around with the settings. It took a while but I managed to change to DefaultDirectSoundDevice instead of DefaultWaveOut

have you enabled the custom channel mapping under media player classic->filters->audio switcher? it doesn't work with tobias'oggds via waveout. At doom9, Nic said me he was working on a new ogg filter supposed to fix this problem.
