    Virtual Dub-video-audio split

    Question 1.

Hi Guy's I,m trying to split video/audio file (.avi or divX) with Virtual Dub or a NunDub into two separate files and all I'm always left with at the end is audio file only. How do I get video file without the audio in it How do I save it, because when I'm again trying to joint it together with Ulead video Factory and same time
rendering it into MPEG 2, I will get two sound tracks.

    Question 2.

Can anybody please also tell me how to do it exactly, step by step. How to fix the audio track so it would not be out of synch at the end. I'm mostly converting AVI files that I download from internet in to SVCD so I can play iT on DVD. Am I wasting my time? Should I buy DVD ripper? Any help appreciated.
