is it possible to transfer from cd to dvd?

Ok so I'm preparing the whole dvd menu/etc. configuration on my computer. but i dont have a dvd writer

but I do have it on a computer in my school.

So is there a way for me to put all the info(menu/videos etc.) on a cd(or multiple cds) and then transfer for them to the other computer and put them on dvd?

Of Course U can but u will need at least 5-6 CD-RW to carry all the movie in CD's

ya but cause I have the full good quality films on the school's computer

but the program to configure the menu and all at home.. so if i prepare everything and I put fake movie files with the same name as the real at home then i when i transfer.. I replace the fake movies with the real movies at school. do you think it will conflict?
