Hov can I convert VCD to DVD?? Anyone?

Load the .DAT file into TMPGEnc
Use TMPGEnc's DVD "wizard"/template to convert to compliant MOPEG2/DVD format

Then use "TMPGEnc DVD Author" (different than "TMPGEnc") to create required DVD file structure, a menu, and chapters, if you like...
