DVD-R could not perform end of disk

this is my fist post here, so hi everybody!

I have a pioneeer dvd-r 106d but i always get that message (see the subject) using nero 6.0.0 under winxp, with both dvd video and data.

I tried differend type of dvd, but nothing...

Do u think it's an hardware problem?
    Or is something with nero?
The dvd-r is brand new (few days) and never worked properly.

    thanks in advance

    "using nero 6.0.0"

There are a multitude of postings in both the DVD sub-forums and the DVD Shrink sub-forums that clearly indicate that v.6.0.0.0 is extremely flawed. Therefore, I'd suggest you update immediately.

You might also want to search the posts for "Pioneer 106", as there are, likewise, many posts regarding this specific burner...

Go to the NERO ("Ahead") website for the latest update for your purchased product...
