Multiple titles in the new Re-authored DVD using dvdshrink 3

When using DVDShrink 3 to re-author a new dvd (dvd9 to dvd5) - I am selectively choosing a couple of titles (ie. THX intro, main movie file).
The output from DVD Shrink is 2 video_ts files + the other supporting files.
When I burn this output, only the THX intro plays and nothing else. Only the THX intro was burned.
I'm guessing because the THX intro title was 01 and the main movie became 02.
When using PowerDVD to playback the output - it plays fine (first the intro then the movie).
But after burning to the actual DVD - it only burns the 01 files which is the intro.
I am using DVD Decryptor to decrypt, DVD Shrink 3 to re-authoer and neoDVDplus5 to actually burn.
Q: How can I get multiple titles to my re-authored DVD but only have one video_ts file with the proper information???

Thanks in advance for all your help.

    "neoDVDplus5 to actually burn."

Use NERO, instead, to burn. Select "DVD-Video" mode and place ALL DVD-related files (.IFOs, .BUPs, .VOBs) into the RED "VIDEO_TS" folder - and burn...

      Nero works but..

I am likewise using DVDdecrypter then opening the files in Shrink. I open the re-author pane and drag the 1st title, then go back to the 1st pane, open another file and drag the 2nd (another) title to the re-author window. I then do the start/end on each of the two files (both are labeled title one in the re-author pane). I backup to a file. I open Nero use DVDvideo, drag all of the file to the new nero video-ts and burn. This works great except that randomly (from disk to disk) the last frame of the 1st title or the first frame of the 2nd title freezes on playback for 3 or 4 seconds. You can not fast forward or skip back from the 2nd title to the first - you have to restart the disk at the first. I can live with that. But, the frozen frame is a pain. Any ideas?

In re-author mode, when I drag more than one title (ie. from 2 different dvds), they play back in sequential order....that's fine.

Q: Is there any way to allow me to "skip" directly to the 2nd title on the disk instead of going chapter by chapter through the first title???

On your standalone DVD player, you should be able to use your remote control to select the TITLE...
