If I am missing the answer to this somewhere, I apologize.
I just bought a new HP Pavilion a320n last week. Right after hooking everything up, I tried to play my Spiderman DVD. It wouldn't play the movie. It will play all the DVD extras, but not the movie. Same thing with Star Wars: ATOC and The Simpsons. However, I put in Hoosiers and the movie plays.
The players I have are Inter Actual and InterVideo WinDVD 4. Even downloaded Windows Media Player Series 9. None will play the movie.
I'm getting a Macrovision and copyright error. I don't think it is a problem with the player since it plays Hoosiers and the Best Buy tech play Mr. Destiny. So, it has something to do with my configurations or settings. Since it is a new PC (on Windows XP) I'm not familiar with it, yet to know where to try and fix.
