It is an AC-3 extension plug-in for "TMPGEnc DVD Author 1.5".
With it you will be able to use and make (decode or encode) Dolby AC-3
2ch sound.

You can purchase "TMPGEnc Sound Plug-in AC-3" for 29$.
There is also a discount, if you purchase it together with
"TMPGEnc DVD Author 1.5".
