DVDit "Data Exceeded Multiplexable Bit Rate" error

DVD Problem: When I try to create a Volume in DVDit, after a couple of minutes I get an error message "Data Exceeded Multiplexable Bit Rate". This is a 22 minute project which I exported from Premiere to an IBP (exprt only) file. I have no idea what I may be doing wrong. I hope to get some assistance.
