    Resynching Badly Synched Divx

I recently downloaded Erik the Viking,
but half way through the sound is totally off synch with the movie. Is there anyway to fix it?

      I had that problem too.
Check for corrupted frames in the movie.
If it contains errors and someone have rebuilt the index, the audio usually goes out of sync.

If the sound is in sync at the beginning and gradually gets out of sync as the movie plays then you can resync it by adjusting the frame rate. Goto here http://nickyguides.digital-digest.com/audio-synch.htm and and read how to do that and get the Avi info - teribits program. It's easy to use and I sync up all my movies in about 5 min.
