Is there a way to conver MP4 to MP1/2?

Made some nice MP4 files with Nero. But how to convert to MP1?

I don't think I've heard of Nero making mpeg4 files before but you should be able to convert with TMPGEnc (different programme to TMPGEnc DVD Author)
