Convert DTS audio to AC3

Anyone have a tip to convert DTS to AC3 ? I have found a lot of encoder program but no decoder ! The only way that i have found is extract with dvd decriptor to WAV and re-encode with WAV-to-AC3 encoder but i only have a 2 channels AC3 file.

What i only need to find is a program able to open DTS files and extract is 6 channels to WAV.

You could give "Goldwave" a try.

Goldwave doesn't decode DTS waves. Good luck finding one though, I would love to have a DTS decoder myself.

But it seem a little bit unstable...
