windows media player help please

i always get 'error: module
not found' on streaming windows media (like asf
wmv asx files) it is starting to bug me. i've
reinstalled windows media player twice, and
i've installed divx also, i don't know what to
do, is there a forum or some place that i can
get help (getting help from microsoft is like
hell on earth) i'm getting kinda desperate, so
anything is appreciated. thanks

try the codec update from microsoft (just search for codec in the download section)

note: think u have to reinstall divx 3 & 4.12 after it again
