27.75 fps vs. 30.00 fps - please help
Hello everybody! - please help
I really need your help. I got an pumpkins-concert off the internet, and in one track there were some audiosynch problems. i fixed a displacement and had to change the framerate to 27.75 fps (I think the mastertape´s crap).
Then I recognized that somewhere in the middle the videostream is cutted for a few 0.1seconds. So after this cut the video runs correct with 30 fps. I split the video in two and now I have one with 27.53 fps and one with 30 fps.
now there is my problem:
how to merge these videos or solve this problem otherwise, cause merging with different framerates is a chore.
