    virtual dub has a filter to reduce the size, but for flikring/jumping , there a new option in studio 9.
    jumping is ok but if r captured video has no flikring and ur gettin one in captured video, u better look for options, maybe if u hav a field order option change that. though it only used for dv.

    yes u can, for better results capture as avi, and encode using virtual dub, keep bitrate round 2500 to 4500 ull get good pic/size.

    otherthing more filters u use more time u require. so try to make ur capture best possible.
    Seems like as soon you buy somehing, v. 2 comes out 1.5 times as fast!..!
