converting ATRAC to mp3???

Does anyone know of software that can do this? I have business meetings recorded via mic to my minidisc. Now I want to convert these files to mp3 and burn them to cd's. The Open mg software that sony has for minidiscs does not do this.

I have the same problem, i do it now analog. It's not what i prefer but it works.
The line out of MD to line in of PC, and then record with Goldwave or some progam, then save as MP3.
