DVD Quality AVI

Wondering how I can get perfect DVD quality rips with Surround Sound using FlaskMPEG. I have already ripped movie with SmartRipper, and was wondering the steps needed to convert .vob files to single AVI that conatins surround sound track( i dont care about the size of the file) at DVD quality.

Use direct stream copy for audio, that should give exactly the sound quality of the source.
(or even boost the audio with BeSweet & BeSweetGUI)
