PowerDVD Snapshot problem

For some reason whenever i take a snapshot using powerDVD the movie im watching pauses liek normally but when i go to view the picture in the folder i've selected, it aint there. i even tried changing the folders to make sure i wasnt tricking myself. whats the problem.

You may have to turn off hardware acceleration from within PowerDVD...

how do i go about doing that, is it in the configuration menu

ok iv checked it and the acceleration was already off

Do you have "capture to file" selected from Advanced options/Capture settings.

Try also pausing on the frame you want before capturing.

yes i have capture to file set already and i usually do pause b4 taking the picture

I always leave the hardware acceleration on....
