Trying to make a DVD-Extra Disc

What I'd like to do is the equivalent of a CD-Extra disc for DVD. Put a movie on a DVD along with some other Data (i.e. files, documents) so that I have that stuff on the same disc. I've been looking around and I haven't seen this addressed anywhere else. I see film companies doing this a lot with new releases such as even the 2-Disc LOTR sets. Discs that are both ROM and Video are what I'm aiming for. If anyone knows of a way to help it would definitely be appreciated.

Simple enough.

Use NERO in "DVD-Video" mode. Place ALL movie-related files (.IFOs, .BUPs, .VOBs) into the RED "VIDEO_TS" folder. Place all the non-movie-related files in the root menu. Then burn...
