Mosaic in a video

Is it possible to clear the mosaic in a video.. are there any applications to clear it ? anyways, thanks for helping in the codec problem i previously posted, the program worked ! =)

scenes where i couldn't see a person's face .. its being blurred deliberately ... mpeg, avi. .....

that means theres nothing i can do to 'unblur' the person's face ? the mosiac patern is like boxes ...

Impossible !!!

Even if in some Hollywood flicks they are able to restore "magically" ppl's faces...
