Hi,

Does anyone know where I can find a guide about broadcasting public access internet tv? What encryption is recommended for the quickest speed? .WMV doesn't really seem up to the job.

you want to set up ur own channel?

if not then u can upload ur files to nullsofts public tv

but u have to get the encoder for nsv from that site
