some of my avi files display a "bframe decoder lag" message at the top of the screen when i go to play the avi. I have joined two avi segments in which both have the error at the beginning, so when i get to the part in the clip where i appended, it displays the error again. i do have the ffdshow filter installed. any help? thanks
