Which software would best suit - help

i want to be able to record the dv from my camera device in realtime, all software packages seem to do this but it needs to be full screen! most only seem to record realtime in a stupid little screen size, you cant really tell whats going on.

Also need to be able to take a snap shop of certain points as its recording.

Anyone know of some good software to handle this?
