Sony TRV19 Capture Problem
Kinda going crazy. Contacted Dell and Sony. Both couldn’t help me. I believe I have a s/w problem so here I go. I have a Sony TRV19 MiniDV camera. The camera can be seen via firewire in the device manager. I can capture fine using USB, however, whenever I try to switch to firewire, my s/w says it (camcorder) can't be found. I have tried the following s/w: Roxio VideoWave Movie Creator, Sonic DVD, ImageMixer (came with the camcorder), and Windows MovieMaker. All can not switch over to IEEE 1394. I have uninstalled and reinstalled various s/w to see if there was a conflict. To no avail, it still doesn’t work. Please help!!!!
