Burning one movie to two disks

Is there a way to burn one movie to two disks? I can put about 90-110 minutes on a DVD with out compressing it. However, there are some movies that I do not wish to compress (fast action).

Use Shrink and Re-author, then only backup the chapters (approx half) so no comp is needed.

Then do the next rest of the chapt's.
