Pinnacle Studio 8 Capature error

Hi,
Im using Pinnacle Studio 8, the picture is showing up, the sound is playing, etc. everything seems fine...
... then I go to "Start Capture" and I get a "Capture Error" message, which I can only OK, I get no information what so ever?
If this will help my computer has WinXP, ATI TV Wonder PRO, and VisionTek XTASY 9200 SE installed.

3) Have you clicked on the "Help" dropdown menu?

Are you using a "firewire", capture or what type of cable/device?
