How do I play OPT!V!D format ??

Does anybody have an idea . . . what do I do to play this file on my computer? i downloaded it from the internet.

it ends like xvid.opt!v!d

i tried the following

windows media player
divx player
ultra player

i also tried renaming the file to

.avi
.mpeg
.mpg

try openeing the file with Quick view plus en see if you can find something to hang on.
