How to add Audio to Menu Using TMPGENC AUTHOR

Is there a way to add audio to the menu I created in TMPGENC DVD AUTHOR? There is an option to use "audio of the background video for my BGM", and I checked it. But when I burned the disc, there is no audio for the menu. Also how can I select the particular audio file to be use for the beginning menu. Any help is greatly appreciated.

When a picture in an MPEG-1 or an MPEG-2 file is specified as a background picture, the audio from these files will be played. The audio has to be MPEG-1 Audio Layer2 or Linear PCM. (Ac3 cannot be used).
