Converting .bin .cue files to MPG? -Help-

I have a video that's in .bin .cue format. How can I take those 2 files and create a MPG file so I can later make Audio/Video TS folders and burn to DVD? I've been stuck on this for a while. As always, any help would greatly appreciated. Thanks.
